Cancellation Policy:
Thank you for choosing Polished for your nail and beauty treatments. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth functioning of our services and to accommodate other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled consultation and/or service. This fee compensates for the allocated time, resources, and lost opportunities to provide our services to other clients.

Failure to Arrive at the Appointment:
